Wallace is a necromancer. They appear in What We Do in the Shadows (TV series).
Biography[]
To cover their necromancer career, Wallace primarily worked in their own souvenir store in Staten Island. Despite having gained a reputation from Laszlo as being a con artist, Nadja remained friendly and trustworthy of them. When the vampire couple lost their familiar Topher to an accident, they brought his corpse to Wallace to resurrect him. The vampires were greeted with the line "You seek the necromancer? I am they," leading many to interpret this character as non binary or using multiple pronouns. Wallace carried out the ritual for $350, becoming distracted by their own phone halfway through, and brought Topher back to consciousness.
When Topher came back to the vampire residence, it became increasingly clear that he was now a zombie, which the vampires failed to realize until he tried to murder Guillermo and survived Nandor trying to kill him several times.
The vampires angrily brought him back to Wallace, demanding a refund. Wallace refused and instead swayed the vampires with an offer of free nametag keychains, despite not having any keychains with the correct names. Wallace subdued Topher and took ownership of him, setting him to work in his shop basement making keychains alongside numerous other zombies they had accidentally created.[1]
