UFO stands for 'unidentified flying object'. This term is applied to spaceships used to transport aliens, most notably extraterrestrial floras. While UFOs have taken many different shapes, all the UFOs encountered by the Wellington Police Paranormal Unit so far have appeared as large, silver disc-shaped spaceships. UFOs can also cause the phenomenon of crop circles.
History[]
In 2018, O’Leary, Minogue and Maaka headed to a farm owned by Bazza to respond to reports of cows stuck in trees in the area. The Paranormal Unit correctly assumed that this was due to UFOs abducting them and then dumping them onto the trees. When the cops came to investigate, they found huge elaborate crop circles and hostile extraterrestrial floras, three of which attacked them before being cornered into a shed. In the morning, the floras secretly escaped, taking on the forms of the unit, and were rescued by a UFO.[1]
Sometime later a UFO interrupted Minogue and O’Leary while they filmed a PSA on not distracting drivers.[2]
The Paranormal Unit encountered even more floras in 2019 and fought back against them using slugs. The aliens were again rescued by a UFO, which disappeared into the sky.[3]
