Phil is a new neighbor of the Staten Island vampire residence. He appears in What We Do in the Shadows
Phil moved next to the vampire house around 2019. One night, Laszlo, despite having just eaten, decided to target him while a bored Nadja decided to leave to pursue Jeff Suckler. Laszlo turned into a bat, flew into Phil's window and started to hypnotise him. As Phil's girlfriend entered the room, Laszlo turned back into a bat to escape. She saw him, panicked and beat him into unconciousness with a broom. The couple called Staten Island Animal Control to take him away before Nandor, Colin and Guillermo could try to get him out the house.
