Elvis Presley, often known as simply Elvis, is a vampire musician. He appears in What We Do in the Shadows (TV series).
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Elvis was born in 1935, and during his human life he became a key figure of rock and roll music, as well as one of the most famous cultural icons of the 20th century. Most of the world was led to believe that he suddenly died in 1977, at the age of 42, though in reality he was actually turned into a vampire by Laszlo Cravensworth. Elvis hid from the public, but continued to record music, occasionally renting a coffin in the basement of Laszlo’s Staten Island home to do so.
What We Do in the Shadows, Season 2: 2020[]
Nadja invited Simon the Devious to stay at their home, who accepted in order to steal back Laszlo’s cursed witch skin hat and at the same time, secretly recruited Elvis into his gang, the Leather Skins.
After stealing the hat, Simon led the house residents into the sewers, where they were outnumbered by the Leather Skins, including Elvis. Simon's foot had fused with the sewer grate he was standing on, which led him to slowly drown in the liquid below. Along with the other members of the group, Elvis was upset by Simon's declaration of dissatisfaction with the Leather Skins, and Elvis refused to help him.[1]
What We Do in the Shadows, Season 4: 2022[]
Elvis returns alongside Simon and the Leather Skins in a plot to steal the witch skin hat once again, posing as a home-improvement show, Go Flip Yourself and infiltrating the Staten Island Vampire Residence.[2]
