Black Peter is a goat, and a familiar to a witch coven. He appears in What We Do in the Shadows (TV series).
Biography[]
Black Peter has the appearance of an ordinary black goat, but is capable of human intelligence and speech. He serves a coven in Brooklyn led by Lilith.
One night, Peter lured the vampires Laszlo and Nandor, causing them to be abducted by the witches in a bid to steal their semen. The vampires’ roommates followed them in a car all the way to Satchel Serafina, the aromatherapy store where the witches hid. Peter helped Quinn, the shopkeeper, capture Nadja and Colin Robinson while she also captured Guillermo.
Guillermo was eventually able to free Nandor and Laszlo by offering to regularly sell their semen to the witches so they could have an unending supply without killing the vampires. When they all returned home, they found Black Peter in their house, having trashed their possessions and possibly harming Nadja’s doll in the process.
As Guillermo began his trade, he formed a bond with Peter, who expressed doubt that he would ever become a witch.[1]
