Bill is a former superhuman and a member of The Revengers. He appears in Wellington Paranormal.
Biography[]
Bill lives in Naenae, Wellington, working as an electrician under the business name "Electricity Bill" and is a member of the Neighbourhood Watch. In 2021, a meteorite crashed into his road while he was working on his fuse box. He received an electrical surge that left him unharmed. He later realised he had gained the power to control electricity due to the radiation coming from the meteorite. He adopted the name "Power Man Bill" and decided to join a vigilante group called The Revengers with fellow superhuman Watch members Molly and “Google Girl”. They used their new powers to take down petty criminals in the area.
The Revengers eventually encountered the Wellington Police Paranormal Unit, but were not defeated until another superhuman, George, sprayed water from his hands at Bill and he fought back with his electrical powers. The clash caused a shockwave that knocked out all the superhumans and erased their powers.[1]
